Click Start => Setting => Network Connection



Or in the Desktop right click "My Network Places" then click "Properties".



Here, you can start creating new connection as you can see in this screenshot.
Step 1. Click "Create a new connection"



Step 2. Click "Next" to continue.


Step 3. Select "Connect to the Internet", then click "Next" to continue.


Step 4. Select "Set up my connection manually", then click "Next" to continue.


Step 5. Select "Connect using a broadband connection that requires a user name and password", then click "Next" to continue.


Step 6. Type the name of your ISP in the following box, then click "Next" to continue.


Step 7. Type an ISP account name and password, then click "Next" to continue.


Step 8. Finally Broadband Connection is complete click "Finish" to established an Internet Connection.



To established the Internet Connection click "Connect"



Now Internet Connection is already established you can surf the web.
