First of all make sure that Riger DB102 ADSL Modem 2/2+ Bridge/Router is connected to AC/DC adapter power supply and it is power on. The rear of this equipment or at the back of this device you can see small pin hole labeled "Reset". Use any small stick or pin that can be inserted in the small pin hole and press 10 to 20 seconds then release it.



You will noticed that the LEDs will turned off and on after few seconds.


Now after the hard reset, the Riger DB102 ADSL Modem 2/2+ Bridge/Router is restore to its factory default setting.
